This is a very sad time for the teachers and students of China Bridge as we come to terms with the passing of our friend and colleague Jeff Cushing. He was a person who was dear to us all in how he entertained us with his scouse humour and enlightened us with the generosity of his wisdom. Jeff has been with us at China Bridge for at least a quarter of a century and played a major role in the evolution of our group by constantly sharing his considerable Tai Chi, Qigong and Yoga skills with us and whilst that is important to remember, it is Jeff himself that we will miss the most. His gentle nature, his warmth, his humour and his kindness will forever be embedded in the hearts of those who knew him and our deepest sympathy goes out to Heather, Yasoda and the rest of his family who I know are suffering his loss at this time. On a personal note the void left by our dear friend Ian Begbie has now widened and will be impossible to fill now that I have lost not one, but two Tai Chi brothers.
